Violin Chamber Music
Hoat Nguyen studied violin with his father, concertmaster of the Vietnam National Opera Orchestra.
At 7, he entered the National Conservatory of Vietnam. With the Vietnam National Orchestra, he plays Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto at the age of 9.
He received a scholarship to continue his studies at Pittsburgh University and the Juilliard School in New York.
After studying at the Koninkijk Conservatorium in Brussels (Belgium), Hoat perfects himself at the Chapel Queen Elisabeth in Waterloo.
At the Vietnam National Competition, he is a laureate. As a finalist, the only Vietnamese, of the Sion Festival, he was invited by Leonard Bernstein to participate in the 'Pacific Music Festival' in Japan, a festival created by Leonard Bernstein, as a soloist.
